How long before do I need to book an event?

We advise you to book as early as possible to guarantee that we will be available on a specific day.

Do you provide a space for an event?

We do not generally provide a space for events.

How many chefs will I need for my event?

This depends on the amount of people and the duration of the event. It will be specified on the invoice.

Yes! We provide paper plates, plastic cutlery and napkins.

What food do you offer besides crepes?

We can provide charcuterie, as well as cold veggies.

How long is the set up and the clean up?

Depending on the event, it can range from 45min to 1h; these details will be communicated in the invoice.

What should I (customer) provide?

You should provide tables and chairs for your guests.

Do you require parking or specific access?

We do ask for a flat space close to a road or parking for easy loading and unloading.

What languages can be spoken?

Some chefs can speak English, French or Spanish. Ask if you need to have any of these languages represented!

Do you serve other states?

As of right now, we only cater in the state of California.

Are you equipped in case of bad weather like rain?

We do have waterproof tents for our set-up and equipment.

What is the difference between gas and electric crepe makers?

For safety purposes, we use electric crepes machines for events located inside, as well as in protected areas. Otherwise, we use propane powered machines for outside locations.

Can I pay the total in multiple amounts?

You can choose to pay everything at once, or in 2 payments of 50% each.

Gratuity: should I include it in the bill or give it to the chefs at the event?

You are welcome to do as you please! Our chef put all their love and passion in the food they make, so tipping is greatly appreciated!
